My name is Anvi Dalal, and I am a Grade 9 student at The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad. I see learning as a journey, with curiosity as the compass that guides me forward. TED Talks and Model United Nations inspire me to think critically and express ideas with confidence, while badminton keeps me grounded, like a rhythm that balances both focus and energy.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and watching shows such as Brooklyn Nine‑Nine, which remind me that laughter is often the best way to recharge. I believe that every new skill is a stepping stone, whether it is learning a dance form or experimenting with website design, each one adds to my growth and perspective.

Skills & Interests

MUNs & TED-Ed

I have participated in six Model United Nations conferences, earning multiple awards and gaining valuable exposure to global issues and diplomacy. These experiences sharpened my public speaking and critical thinking skills. As part of my school’s TED‑Ed club, I delivered a speech on technology and its impacts, which helped me grow as a communicator and explore how innovation shapes our world.

Painting

Painting is one of my deepest passions. I enjoy working with vivid acrylics, using color and texture to bring ideas to life on canvas. With a brush in hand, I find a sense of freedom and creativity, transforming imagination into expressive art that tells a story beyond words.

Badminton

Badminton is the sport I enjoy most, combining speed, strategy, and endurance. It fuels my competitive spirit while keeping me active and disciplined. Whether playing casually or in a match, the game teaches me focus, resilience, and the importance of teamwork.
